Who Am I? I Am Recreated from the Inside Out!

God's Word transforms us from the inside out, "For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you]"  Luke 17:21

Inside God's Word, the Bible, we find all we need as a believer to build our faith and obtain victory over every situation, trauma, and tragedy in our daily lives.
"But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ's victory] and through us spreads and makes evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere."  2 Corinthians 2:14
"God is a champion at bringing people from a place of destruction to a place of total victory."  Joyce Meyer

Allowing the Word of God to transform our minds, will, emotions, desires, and thoughts carries us step by step closer to triumph in Christ Jesus.  As a result of God's Word changing us from the inside out, healing in each of these areas takes place.  We begin to walk in the righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit through Christ.
The Kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but instead it is righteousness (the state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart] peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  He who serves Christ in this way is acceptable and pleasing to God and is approved by men."
Before all else we are to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33), and it is that we see transformation and healing begin to take place in our lives.  He transforms.  He heals.  He provides.  He saves.  He comforts.  He loves.  He changes situations.  He provides the triumph.  He makes us victorious.  All we have to do is seek Him and His righteousness.

Seeking Him and His righteous before all else produces Godly results in our lives--A live full of joy, peace, happiness, and victory over every situation, tragedy, and trauma that the enemy intended for destruction.  We choose triumph when we choose to seek His Kingdom and His righteousness first!

Who Am I? I am Ready to Take What is Mine.

Why did Jesus come?  Why does Satan come?
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  John 10:10
The original Greek word for 'abundant' is Perissos.  Here is the Strong's definition of that word:
perissos, per-is-sos'
From G4012 (in the sense of beyond); superabundant (in quantity) or superior (in quality); by implication excessive; adverb (with G1537) violently; neuter (as noun) preeminence: - exceeding abundantly above, more abundantly, advantage, exceedingly, very highly, beyond measure, more, superfluous, vehement [-ly].
'Superabundant' -- I love that word!  Jesus came so that we can choose to have a SUPERABUNDANT life!  Hallelujah!

He came so that we can have the option to have a life that is exceeding abundantly above!  A life beyond measure!

I hear so often people make comments and prayers, such as, "Well if it is God's will, so be it."

It is God's will for you to succeed and live an amazingly SUPERFLUOUS life!

When the Israelites arrived at the promised land, God had already provided them a land that had the potential of providing them a life BEYOND MEASURE! (Numbers 3:13-33)

When they arrived near the promise land, The Lord said to Moses, Send men to explore Canaan, which I’m giving to the Israelites."
Notice in verse 3 that the men Moses was instructed to send out were LEADERS, not lay people.
Forty days later the LEADERS Moses had sent into the land returned with thier report:
And they returned from searching of the land after forty days. And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land. And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it. Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there. The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.  And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.  And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.  Numbers 13:25-33
God had already PROVIDED, given them the land!  Caleb and Joshua knew this!  He was ready to go and TAKE the land that was theirs.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Romans 8:37-39

God has provided us, through His Son, a blessed and abundant life.  We cannot just sit back and let negative people (the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy - John 10:10) steal the life we are to live from us.

Take your promise land with the same enthusiasm, boldness, and trust in God's Word that Caleb displayed, know God's Word is Truth!  God's Word is our reality.

Satan is a deceiver. If he can convince you there is no promise land (the abundant life we are intended to live in Christ Jesus), or if he can make it look like the giants in the land are just too big (the circumstances in your life, the mountains before you); then he has stolen what is yours in Christ Jesus right from under your nose.

Go forth, conquer your giants, and take the land you were intended to live!

Who Am I? I Am Abounding by Hearing.

*The Making of a Miracle

2010/10/faith-is-stretch.html
And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered. And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.—Luke 6:6,10

“Stretch forth your hand,” Jesus instructed the man with the withered hand. When he did, a miracle occurred. However, that miracle didn’t just fall on the man—the man’s faith produced it. How do we know that? Well, Jesus told a man with a withered hand to stretch it. If that man had not been in faith he might have said, “What do You mean, stretch it forth? That’s why I’m here—it doesn’t stretch! I’m waiting for You to heal me so I can stretch it!” But this man’s faith was in operation. You see, real faith does what it can do and then attempts to do what it cannot do. So when Jesus said, “Stretch out your hand,” the man stretched it out. A person can’t stretch a hand that doesn’t stretch, so the man wouldn’t even have tried to stretch his hand if he weren’t expecting results. Why did the man expect results? He was in faith. How did he get in faith? Verse 6 says Jesus “entered into the synagogue and taught.” The man heard Jesus teach. That’s the way most miracles happened in Jesus’ ministry. People heard Jesus teach, faith arose, and they were healed. And the same will be true for you.

Confession: Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. I hear the Word on healing, act on it, and confidently receive my healing.

Who Am I? I Am a Good Samaritan.

*"Interpersonal relations" is not often thought of as a Bible topic, but advice about dealing with other people makes up a large part of the teachings of Jesus and His apostles as well as the wisdom books of the Old Testament. Whether dealing with parents, children, spouses, family, friends, co-workers, or even enemies, the Bible's advice is spiritually sound and effective for promoting peace and harmony.

The Greatest Commandment
All of the New Testament teachings on interpersonal relations follow from Jesus' commandment, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." When Jesus was asked which of the commandments was most important, He replied,
The first is, "Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one; you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength." The second is this, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." There is no other commandment greater than these. (NRSV, Mark 12:26-31)

The English word "love" has many different meanings, but this "Christian love" of the Bible comes from the Greek word agape which means good-will and benevolent concern for the one loved. It is deliberate, purposeful love rather than emotional or impulsive love. The King James Version of the Bible often uses the word "charity" for this kind of love.

"Love your neighbor" was not a new commandment (Leviticus 19:18), but the people of Jesus' time had developed a rather narrow view of who should be considered a "neighbor." In His Parable of the Good Samaritan**, Jesus corrected that view and teaches us that a "neighbor" is anyone we come in contact with.

Who Am I? I Am Hearing with Ears to Hear.

"If you're hearing the Word but it's not doing anything for you, then you're either not really hearng it or you're not applying it.  That's why God told us to meditate on His Word day and night.  It has to get in us in order for us to be able to pull on it and apply it to our lives.
God's Word is more than a self-help book.  It's not about you doing all the principles just right-no, it requires you to recognize God in you and let His presence live through you, so that you are transformed from the inside out.
So when I hear someone say, "I know that already," but their life is either lethargic or a mess, I realize they may know it, but they don't know it!  You see, when you know something, it changes you."  Jesse Duplantis in in his book, Distortion.

At church today, listen carefully and hear as if you have just heard the Word for the first time.

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17
