More from a 2011 Crusade

The fourth day of the crusade, Pastor _____ announced, “tomorrow morning you will receive the opportunity to be baptized with the Holy Spirit and speak in other tongues.  During this time all of our team from ________ will help...”
N..., a member of __________Church and the  ____  team, became very nervous as he heard the above words announced.  “I can do that?” was his first thought.  However, he was also very excited.
The next morning all who desired to be baptized with the Holy Spirit were instructed to form lines across the large room.  Each member of the team took a line and began praying for the people.  Noah shook from nervousness.  He was amazed when the first one received.  “It was precious,” he said as he laid hands on the different people.  He also noticed their responses were different.  Some of the people received with boldness and received immediately.  Others he laid hands upon were more timid, and had trouble following the instructions N... gave them.
After returning to _______ after the crusade, N... used the notes and what he had learned to teach his parents about the Holy Spirit.  When he laid hands on them, they were immediately baptized with the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues.
N... says his experience during the crusade has helped him to boldly spread the Gospel and help others.

L____'s life is changing drastically as she gains knowledge of God's Word.  Every week for the past year and half I have had the privilege of watching her grow spiritually as she has attended weekly services. She is an active attendee of bible school every week for the past year, and an eager volunteer, willing to serve wherever needed.  She is an amazing young woman of God.  God is working in the lives of the Chinese people every day!  He truly is a great God.

And they were baptized with the Holy Spirit

They were baptized in the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues....

The crusade in Qingdao is an unforgettable experience for me.  During one of the evening meetings, Pastor Dale shared on the subject of being filled with the Holy Spirit.  Right after, that powerful service, many people were baptized with the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues.  I remember one precious young lady came up to me asking if I can pray with her.  A team member helped me begin the prayer, and guided me to encourage her until she spoke with the evidence of tongues.  A few minutes passed, but nothing happened.  She looked so desperate to receive.  I continued to encourage her, and she started to speak in a new tongue.  Crying, she fell into my arms with joy.  I was blessed to see God working in her and changing her life.  Moreover, I was deeply honored to be able to share this special moment with her.  --Michelle L.  (an attendee and volunteer)
